Area Manager – “Large scale Entertainment venues”Salary: £60,000 - £65,000Location: Multiple sitesDescription: Do you want to work with one of the world’s leading LEISURE businesses for skill games and amusements across UK and Europe, I am looking for an Area Manager to join a great team and be part of overseeing the business performance of multiple venues. Through the management of teams in each location, you will ensure budgeted targets are achieved and operating standards are adhered to.Responsibilities

Oversee the venue management teams in your area to ensure sites are run to a high standard and efficientlyEngage with Site management and with the Operations Manager, to ensure any potential areas for business development are actively pursuedEnsure sites comply with all Health and Safety, Employment law and Operating compliance requirementsAlways maintain a close liaison with your management team, communicating company information and updates in procedure as and when required. Ensure any unresolved problems are dealt with satisfactorilyPreparing, reviewing and reporting on budgets and expenditure on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisEnsure that cash collections are carried out accurately, securely and in line with agreed procedure with the parkQualifications

Experience of managing a Leisure or tourist attractions in a multi-site environmentSolid people management skills, strong negotiation skills, basic financial reporting knowledge, ability to prioritise workload, excellent communication skills and high attention to detailFor more details contact ..... full job details .....
