Role and Responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery of large-scale projects (c. £20m+) from inception to completion
Assist in managing on-site projects and supporting senior colleagues in delegating to junior team members
Produce full specifications and develop detailed technical design solutions
Coordinate with consultants and contribute to the management of project delivery
Support client engagement, presentations and ongoing relationship management
Monitor compliance with legal and statutory requirements
Assist with project finances including fees and profitability tracking
Share knowledge with junior staff and contribute to wider practice learning
Support business development and bid submissions where required
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience supporting the delivery of complex projects from design to completion
Strong technical expertise with Revit and BIM workflows
Ability to produce and manage detailed specifications and technical packages
Experience coordinating consultants and contributing within project teams
Awareness of MMC solutions, net zero carbon design and sustainable approaches
Knowledge of refurbishment, repair, reuse and deconstruction strategies
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Knowledge of Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus and education sector experience (desirable)
Experience supporting remote outsourced delivery partners (desirable)
