You’ll contribute to major projects (£20m+) while working in a supportive practice committed to sustainability, innovation, and social value.Responsibilities
Support the delivery of large-scale projects from inception to completionAssist in managing on-site projects + delegating to junior staffProduce specifications and detailed technical design solutionsCoordinate with consultants and manage project deliverySupport client engagement and relationship managementMonitor compliance with statutory requirementsContribute to bids, business development + practice learningStrong technical skills in Revit + BIM workflowsAbility to produce/manage specifications and technical packagesExperience coordinating consultants + working in project teamsAwareness of MMC, net zero design + sustainable approachesKnowledge of reuse/refurbishment/deconstruction strategiesExcellent communication + ability to manage multiple projectsHybrid + flexible workingPension contributionCycle to work schemeSupport with CIAT chartership + paid membershipQualifications / Skills
