Salary: -32-40,000 DOE

An award-winning chartered architectural practice in Cambridge is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join its collaborative team. The Architectural Technologist will work on a diverse portfolio of medium to large scale projects across residential, workplace, retail, leisure, and conservation sectors throughout the South and East of England, making a key contribution to the studio''s technical excellence. This Architectural Technologist role offers the opportunity to be closely involved in project delivery from design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages

• Assist with planning submissions and technical design documentation

• Develop coordinated drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical coordination

• Support project delivery by ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards

• Attend site visits and project meetings as required

Candidate Profile

• Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline

• Experience working in a UK architectural practice

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations

• Experience producing detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages

• Confident communicator with a collaborative and organised approach

• Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software
