Daily Duties

• Developing and coordinating technical design information
• Producing detailed drawings, specifications and schedules
• Working closely with project teams and external consultants
• Supporting BIM coordination and digital delivery
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy
• Participating in site inspections and technical problem-solving
• Contributing to efficient project delivery across all stages

Ideal Candidate

• Qualification in Architectural Technology (degree/HNC/HND)
• Experience working on UK-based construction projects
• Strong Revit/BIM capability
• Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth
