Architectural Technician

My client, a well-established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take full ownership of projects from initial client brief through to on-site delivery. You ll work across all RIBA stages including design development, planning applications, building regulations, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects independently from concept to completion Develop design and technical packages using AutoCAD Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors Prepare planning and building regulations submissions Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role Strong AutoCAD skills essential Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop advantageous Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision This is an exciting opportunity to gain autonomy, responsibility, and long-term progression within a supportive team environment. ..... full job details .....
