Senior Architectural TechnicianLocation: LondonWorking Pattern: Office-based, with flexibility to work remotely on occasionSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join an established and busy architectural practice in London.The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with a minimum of 5 years'' experience working within an architectural practice and proven experience delivering projects through to completion.The RoleYou will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality technical information across projects, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.The role would suit a technically strong Architectural Technician or Technologist who is confident taking responsibility for projects and is comfortable working directly with contractors and site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProducing detailed architectural and technical drawings using RevitPreparing and coordinating technical information throughout the project lifecycleWorking with NBS and producing detailed specificationsTaking responsibility for the technical delivery of projectsSupporting and managing projects at a senior levelLiaising directly with contractors, consultants and other project stakeholdersAttending site visits and resolving technical issues during constructionReviewing drawings and technical information to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinating ..... full job details .....
