Architectural Technician

My client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist/ Junior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a comprehensive understanding of the architectural design process-from concept development through to construction documentation.

• Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed technical drawings and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Lead the preparation of planning, tender, and construction drawing packages.

• Translate design concepts into buildable, code-compliant solutions.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure technical documentation meets quality, regulatory, and project standards.

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.

• Relevant experience in architectural practice.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding of the full architectural design and construction process.

• Knowledge of building systems, detailing, codes, and construction methods.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgement.
