It''s an ideal move for an Architect looking to join an experienced team, deepen their technical and design expertise, and take on a varied mix of conservation and heritage projects, from initial concept to completion.Requirements:ARB registration and RIBA qualification.Relevant post-qualification experience in a UK practice, preferably with a background in conservation, heritage or historic buildings.A real enthusiasm for historic buildings, conservation and sustainable architectural design.Strong design and technical ability, with a sound understanding of how existing and historic buildings can be repaired, adapted and improved with sensitivity.Proven experience across all project stages, from early concept design through to technical design and construction.Confident AutoCAD skills, with the ability to produce accurate drawings and project information.Good working knowledge of UK planning, building regulations and conservation requirements.Excellent communication, organisational and teamworking skills, and the ability to work well with colleagues, clients and consultants.A full, ..... full job details .....
