Architect

Location: Central Manchester
Contract: 10 months, inside IR35

We''re seeking an ARB-registered Architect to join a Manchester team delivering industrial and manufacturing facilities. You''ll support the design process from concept through detailed design, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

- ARB-registered

- Emphasis on RIBA Stages 2-4

- Experience with industrial/large-scale projects

- Strong Revit and BIM Level 2 skills

- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

- Team player, organised, and detail-focused

- Hold security clearance, or willing to be obtained
