We’re hiring a Solution Architect to join our Data and AI Practice, helping enterprise clients bring their vision to life through impactful, responsible, and scalable Data and AI solutions. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and delivery excellence. You’ll shape deals, craft solution roadmaps, mentor delivery teams, and lead Agentic AI and data platform engagements to create real impact at scale. You will deliver Agentic AI and data platform solutions and services that drive high-value business outcomes, engage in solutioning by understanding customer challenges, and take responsibility for the technical design and solution for large-scale analytical programs. You’ll provide technical leadership to teams of data and AI engineers while building client relationships as a trusted advisor.Skills and Experiences

Excellent working knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI, Microsoft Fabric and/ or DatabricksAwareness of channels to market and how to work in a Microsoft and partner ecosystem to ensure Customer SuccessHigh energy to help clients understand the fast-moving Data and AI industry, product and service evolutionExperience working with stakeholders to create technical visions, high-level architectures, and delivery roadmaps for large programs involving modern data platform concepts and scaling AI across enterprisesAbility to create design artifacts and present them for approval at architectural forums with multi-disciplinary stakeholdersIn-depth understanding of modern Data and AI capabilities (structured and unstructured data analysis, streaming data, IoT, AI, GenAI and related analytics)Experience designing and delivering large-scale Data Platform solutions using Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Fabric, Cloud Scale Analytics, etc.; design for performance, security, and reliabilityComfortable engaging and leading sales and business development opportunities with clientsAbout You

Passionate about tech and advising clientsAdvanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experienceProven success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applicationsExtensive experience architecting cloud data estate solutions for large enterprisesStrong communication skills; ability to lead remote teams and influence client executivesConsultative, collaborative, relationship builder; resilient and adaptableHumble leader and adept negotiatorPassionate about tech and advising clientsWhat You''ll Do

Provide technical leadership on client projects, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifactsSupport sales by shaping high-level design, estimates, and contractual details for proposals in collaboration with subject matter expertsCoach and mentor junior colleagues within the team and across the organizationTranslate complex technical concepts into clear language and value-based outcomes for senior stakeholders and internal sales teamsEngage in early client conversations to support origination, requirements capture, solutioning, and best-practice recommendations; assist with Deal Reviews and client meetingsCollaborate with Data and AI leadership to shape offerings, accelerators, and IP for GTM activitiesDrive evolution of AI development practices including data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deploymentStay updated on AI and data tech advances and incorporate relevant innovations into solutionsLearn more
