ArchitectHertfordshireUp to 45,000We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is seeking to appoint an Architect to strengthen its delivery team across a diverse range of projects.This role offers the opportunity to take a more hands-on position within project teams, contributing to both design development and technical delivery across all RIBA stages within a collaborative studio environment.Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:Lead and support the design and delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stagesPrepare and develop planning and building regulation submissionsCoordinate with consultants and liaise with clients, contractors, and local authoritiesProduce high-quality design, technical drawings, and project documentationEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant planning policyKey Requirements for this Architect role:RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)Experience working within a UK architectural practiceProficiency in AutoCAD, with Revit highly desirableStrong design and technical understanding across all RIBA stagesConfident communicator with the ability to manage elements of projects independentlyIf this role is of interest, please apply below or contact Harley on (url removed) or (phone number removed) for more information. ..... full job details .....
