Do you have a background in Commercial Interior Architecture/Design seeking a new role with a specialist chartered architectural and interior design business as part of collaborative multi-disciplinary team that will provide guidance and continuous career development?

This company delivers high-quality architectural and interior solutions across the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors, working with well-known names in the UK property market including Greene King, Travelodge, and Bloor Homes.
You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting both private and large-scale commercial clients.

This role is predominantly office based with occasional site visits and meetings to liaise with clients and manage snagging. You will part of the design process from conception to planning, delivery and handover. You will also manage and obtain FF&E quotes, liaising with contractors, suppliers and consultants.

This role would suit someone with a background in Interior Design/Architecture seeking a Monday-Friday position with a tight-knit team that will provide guidance and career development.

The Role

• Commercial Interior Design projects from conception to completion
• Office based and Site visits
• AutoCAD, Sketchup Adobe, Photoshop
• FF&E sourcing

The Person

• Background In Interior Design/Architecture
• UK driving licence
• Commutable to Chelmsford
