About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)Prepare and develop design proposals, drawings, specifications, and presentationsLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authoritiesEnsure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirementsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyConduct site visits and oversee construction progressCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challengesMaintain high standards of design quality and technical deliveryRequirementsRegistered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)Proven experience working on UK-based projectsStrong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processesProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)Excellent communication and project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
