ARB Architect or Architectural Technologists

About the RoleWe are looking for a talented ARB Registered Architect and a Qualified Architectural Technologist to join our growing practice. These roles will play a key part in delivering high-quality architectural projects across a range of sectors, from early concept design through to technical delivery and completion.You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure projects are innovative, compliant, and efficiently delivered.Role 1: ARB Registered ArchitectKey ResponsibilitiesLead projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)Develop design concepts and present proposals to clientsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultantsEnsure compliance with UK planning regulations and Building RegulationsPrepare planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentationCarry out site inspections and contract administration dutiesManage project budgets, timelines, and deliverablesMentor junior staff and contribute to team developmentRequirementsRegistration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)Demonstrable experience in a UK architectural practiceStrong design, technical, and project management skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication and client-facing skillsRole 2: Qualified Architectural TechnologistKey ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed technical drawings and specificationsDevelop and manage construction information packagesEnsure compliance ..... full job details .....
