Apprenticeship Quality Manager Location: Warwickshire Salary: £38,000 £40,000 per annum Job Type: Interim The Opportunity Are you an experienced Quality Manager or Quality and Compliance professional with a strong background in apprenticeships, Further Education, work-based learning or training? This is an opportunity to step into a key interim position with a growing apprenticeship and training provider, taking ownership of quality assurance, compliance, Ofsted readiness and continuous improvement. You ll work closely with senior leaders, managers and delivery teams to identify risk, strengthen quality processes and drive improvements that support positive outcomes for apprentices and employers. Quality, compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement are central to the organisation s approach, with a strong focus on maintaining effective systems and Ofsted inspection readiness. The Role As Interim Quality and Compliance Manager, you ll provide leadership and professional challenge across the organisation s quality and compliance activity.
