We’re hiring for an Applications Support Analyst (Acturis) to support our growing Technology team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for application-related support and change requests, particularly within insurance broker management systems, and will help ensure seamless operations across the business.Responsibilities
Provide application-related support to end users, acting as the first point of contact and documenting incidents and requestsTroubleshoot issues and escalate to third-party providers as neededSupport Acturis platform knowledge and understand data structures (preferred)Utilize enterprise-level service desk systems to log and manage incidents and requestsAssist with application integration, data migration and onboarding processes during acquisitionsQualifications
Experience supporting end users including insurance accounts, claims and finance handlersTroubleshooting skills with escalation to third-party providers as neededStrong Acturis platform knowledge and understanding of data structures (preferred)Proficiency with enterprise-level service desk systemsExcellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to train others, share knowledge, take initiative and work dependablyWho is NFP?
