You will act as product owner and manage the application roadmap, continuous improvement and upgrades, whilst promoting usability, adoption and value. Further day-to-day activities will include project managing implementations and upgrades; stakeholder management and reporting; third-party supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; and the production of systems documentation and training.EssentialExperience working in a Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Lead, Senior Applications Analyst capacity.Strong experience of application lifecycle management across an estate of SaaS and hybrid applications.Strong Microsoft 365 applications and services ..... full job details .....
