You will act as product owner and manage the application roadmap, continuous improvement and upgrades, whilst promoting usability, adoption and value. Further day-to-day activities will include project managing implementations and upgrades; stakeholder management and reporting; third-party supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; and the production of systems documentation and training.
