Application Support Analyst
The RoleAs an Application Support Analyst, you''ll be responsible for supporting and enhancing business-critical insurance applications, with a particular focus on claims systems. You''ll investigate and resolve production issues, collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams, and contribute to ongoing system improvements that enhance business performance.This role requires previous experience supporting insurance claims applications, making it ideal for someone who has worked within an insurer, reinsurer, MGA or the London Market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application support for business-critical insurance claims systems.Investigate, analyse and resolve application issues, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes.Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and Business Analysts to deliver system enhancements and new functionality.Support Agile delivery through Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.Perform unit testing and assist with system, integration and user acceptance testing.Support integrations with internal and third-party applications.Produce and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation.Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.Participate in change management activities, ensuring successful implementation of releases.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, providing technical guidance and managing expectations.About YouWe''re looking for someone ..... full job details .....
