Description Provide technical support for key applications, ensuring minimal disruption to users. MUST HAVE SQL / ORACLE EXPERIENCE NEC OR DRS application exposure Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where needed. Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their application needs. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications clearly. Train and support users to maximise application efficiency. Work closely with vendors to resolve external application issues. Profile A successful Application Support Analyst should have: Solid experience in supporting software applications within a professional setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Good understanding of system integrations and database concepts. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
