Security Application ArchitectSalary: £60-70K per annum + enhanced benefitsLocation: Bracknell, with regular travel to London and the South West Security Clearance: Must be willing and eligible to undergo high-level security clearanceAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Application Architect to join a specialist engineering team supporting a secure Gateway solution.This is a hands-on technical role suited to someone with a strong networking and Linux background who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting secure infrastructure and implementing technical changes.The position also offers the opportunity to progress into a Project Lead role, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their technical leadership and project delivery experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement technical changes to maintain and improve a secure Gateway solution.Support the availability, configuration and ongoing development of critical infrastructure.Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineering Leads and technical teams.Provide troubleshooting and technical support to SOC and 3rd Line teams.Support customer requirements and contribute to technical design decisions.Take increasing ownership of project activities, with a view to progressing into a Project Lead position.Essential Skills andamp; ExperienceStrong networking and infrastructure background.Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).Proficiency in Shell and Bash Scripting.Experience supporting, ..... full job details .....
