Our client is a global, mid-market focused investment bank. We are exclusively partnered with them to hire a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their Industrials/Business Services MandA team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in executing MandA transactions across a wide-variety of business services sub-sectors.Key Responsibilities:Support Managing Directors in the execution of MandA transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materialsPrepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and develop complex financial modelsAssist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholdersContribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.Key Requirements:First-class academic track-recordPrior experience in MandA advisory (at least 12 months of full-time UK experience)Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive team playerFluency in English is required; additional language skills are an ..... full job details .....
