2D/3D Autocad Engineer - Manchester Job description: With consistent growth, our client has created an exciting opportunity for a Autocad Engineer to join their growing design team based in South Manchester Role and Responsibilities: Generating detailed 2D/3D general arrangement and fabrication drawings from quotations using the company s build specification and components data sheets Creating detailed raw material and parts list using Microsoft Excel Ensuring project traceability is maintained via drawing registers, customer approval records and parts/servicing list. Working on multiple projects at one time. Working closely with suppliers and fabricators. Knowledge and Skills Required: The ideal candidate will require the following skills and experience. Experience of design in a similar industry or structural engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D (Primary software). Knowledge of design, engineering and AutoCAD standards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Specifically Microsoft Excel.
