Analyst, Data Analytics - Transaction Services

Responsibilities

Assist with core transaction analytics, helping to identify key financial performance and operating trends as well as insights thru applied data analytics.Assess the quality of the target company''s financial and operational datasets.Analyze underlying financial statement performance drivers via key transactional and operational data. Clean, transform, and model data into meaningful information used to drive discussions with target management through observations to insights and conclusions.Conduct detailed data analysis to support transaction advisory services such as vendor and buyer financial due diligence, exit-readiness, financial reporting missions.Collaborate with senior team members to develop data-driven insights and recommendations for clients.Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large datasets and identify key trends and patterns.Prepare comprehensive investigative analysis, assist in the construction of deal-oriented reports and presentations using data visualization tools to communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.Assist in the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to enhance the effectiveness of transaction advisory services.Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and with client personnel.Qualifications

Eligibility to work in the UK2:1 or higher undergraduate degreeA-level ABB (or equivalent)Business level English is a pre-requisite and any other European languages are desirableStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.Proficiency in ETL and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, or similarExperience in a data visualization tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, or similar is a plusPrior experience in transaction advisory services or a related field is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented ..... full job details .....
