Do you have the resilience, patience and confidence to work with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour or complex social and emotional needs? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an Alternative Provision Teaching Assistant to join a specialist AP setting in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA, Learning Mentor, Behaviour Support Worker or youth worker who wants to work in a smaller, more personalised educational environment where building positive relationships is at the heart of the role. The provision supports young people who may have experienced difficulties within mainstream education and require a different approach to learning. Pupils may present with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, low confidence, anxiety, ADHD, ASC or other barriers to engagement. As an AP Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping pupils re-engage with education, develop their confidence and make positive progress both academically and personally.
