Responsibilities

As a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you will:

• Conduct air tightness tests on domestic dwellings.

• Prepare detailed reports and recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet regulatory targets.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you''ll need:

• Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification.
• Knowledge of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence (travel required across Newcastle/nearby areas).
