Penguin Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading company in the building compliance sector to recruit a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester! This role is an exciting opportunity to join the UK''s largest building compliance team and contribute to ensuring compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations 2021. This is a remote role, offering excellent opportunities for career growth, with training towards Level 2 certification along with expertise in thermal imaging, sound testing, and consultancy.

• Perform air tightness tests across domestic dwellings in compliance with the latest regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and address air leakage issues.
• Evaluate architectural plans and provide professional recommendations for improvement.
• Offer consultancy services to help clients reduce compliance risks and enhance energy efficiency.
• Compile detailed, accurate test reports and suggest effective remedial actions.

To excel in the role, you should bring:

• A Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification (or equivalent qualifications).
• A thorough understanding of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
• Excellent attention to detail paired with strong communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence with flexibility for travel across Northern England.
