Air Import Clerk - Nights (4 on / 4 off)

We are seeking two experienced Air Import Clerks to join a busy air freight operation based at Heathrow. You will be responsible for managing import shipments from arrival through to customs clearance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering a high level of service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage air import shipments from arrival to final deliveryPrepare and check import documentation including AWBs, invoices, and permitsCoordinate customs clearance and submit declarationsLiaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teamsTrack shipments and resolve delays or discrepanciesEnsure compliance with customs and CAA regulationsRequirementsPrevious experience in air import or freight forwardingStrong knowledge of customs procedures and documentationGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentHours: 18:00 - 06:00 (4 on / 4 ..... full job details .....
