About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable-Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer-to join our growing team. This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and minor repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and undertake minor repairs to minimise downtime.
• Service and maintain split systems, VRV/VRF systems, multi-splits, fan coil units, and associated HVAC equipment.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately using electronic devices.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site contacts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer.
• Relevant HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Desirable

• Experience working within commercial environments.
• Knowledge of building services and general HVAC systems.
• IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred but not essential).
