Surrey-based (covering Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire & SW London corridor)
£50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) plus Van, Fuel Card and Phone. No call-outs, no weekend work. Work-life balance.

The Role:

• 40% installation / 60% maintenance & repair of air conditioning systems
• Leading by example on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers
• Delivering excellent service across a loyal, high-profile client base

The Person:

• Strong experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer
• Recognised HVAC qualifications
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer communication and consultative mindset
• A passion for quality work and helping others develop
