This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected business with a substantial UK estate, taking ownership of air conditioning maintenance, compliance and project delivery across a diverse property portfolio. This is a strategic and operational role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong contractor relationships, driving service excellence and ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards. The Role Reporting into the Property and Facilities team, you''ll be responsible for the delivery and performance of all air conditioning services across the estate, ensuring statutory compliance, cost control and exceptional service levels. You''ll act as the key interface between the business and external service providers, ensuring planned maintenance, reactive works and capital projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage all air conditioning maintenance contracts across the UK estate. Oversee contractor performance against agreed KPIs and service level agreements. Ensure full compliance with F-Gas regulations and all relevant statutory requirements. Manage planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance activities.
