Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer

A great opportunity to join an established and expanding air conditioning and refrigeration contractor who pride themselves on the quality service they provide their clients.- They cover across the London and home counties area providing service, maintenance, design and installation on various systems and are very active on energy consumption and how to reduce this for their clients.- Their employees are always looked after and can move up in the company due to further training and being looked after.

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a refrigeration and air conditioning engineer, you will be:-

• Providing service, maintenance and breakdown on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
• Working on cold rooms, walk in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottles fridge and everything in between, also splits and multi splits, VRVF and VRF equipment
• Covering the Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire areas
• Working with clients such as hotels, bars, restaurants and commercial companies and care homes

Skills needed to be an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer

• Living anywhere in or around the Cambridgeshire area would be perfect
• You need good experience working on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• They would look at engineers that are biased on either conditioning or refrigeration
• F Gas cert needed, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial

Salary and Benefits or an air conditioning and refrigeration engineer

• 40-55k basic salary depending on experience
• Door to door travel pay
• Van, fuel card, phone
• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Call out rota and overtime available
• Private healthcare after 1 year
