AI Practice Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to define, grow, and lead a high-performing AI capability that delivers innovative, scalable, and responsible AI solutions for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, client engagement, and team development to drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy andamp; Practice Leadership Develop and execute the AI practice strategy, aligning capabilities, offerings, and delivery approaches with business objectives and market opportunities. Shape and evolve AI service offerings across machine learning, data science, generative AI, automation, and intelligent applications. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of innovation. Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI solution delivery. AI Solution Delivery Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and machine learning solutions, including predictive analytics and generative AI applications. Oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms and services. Ensure robust operational processes are in place, including model life cycle management, deployment automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
