AI Practice Lead

Expleo is seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to establish, grow, and lead our AI consulting and delivery capability across BFSI, Energy and Utilities, and Diversified Industries. This strategic leadership role will shape Expleo''s AI vision, build market-leading offerings, mentor highperforming teams, and help clients unlock measurable business value through AI-driven transformation. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to engage senior executives while providing practical guidance on the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. A senior consulting and technology leader with strong executive presence, deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and modern data ecosystems, and a proven track record of shaping and delivering large-scale AI transformation programmes. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders, defining AI strategies, building high-performing teams, and leading complex transformation initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, and Utilities clients. They will combine strategic consulting capability with sufficient technical depth to provide architectural guidance and assurance when required.
