AI Delivery Lead

About the role

AI Delivery Leads are expected to work in small teams of Tomoro and client engineers to design, build, and deploy AI applications. Our delivery teams solve complex and technical design challenges, ensuring smooth transitions from development to deployment, and act as a vital link between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role involves leading project delivery, mentoring colleagues, and staying updated with AI advancements. Delivery leads are critical in ensuring our AI solutions are reliable, ethically compliant, and rigorously tested.Requirements

You''ll help connect the dots to realise route to live for our clients and be the primary translator between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.Delivery LeadershipProviding delivery guidance and leadership within the team, including mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to skill development.Continuous Learning and AdaptationStaying updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to continually enhance the quality of solutions offered.Ethical Consideration and ComplianceUpholding and actively contributing to ethical standards in AI development, including considerations for data privacy, bias minimization, and regulatory compliance. Helping to expand our knowledge on this subject and driving ethical ways to implement AI.Senior Client RelationshipsBuilding robust, trusted relationships with senior business and technical clients. Your ability to juggle various responsibilities will be key to the success of our projects.Indicators you''ll be a good fitBackground in product and delivery management:You have 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions for enterprise.Strong experience leading teams to design and develop production-grade solutions in enterprise, involving:Python application developmentBuilding microservicesData technologiesLarge language modelsStrategic thinker and team leader:You get as much joy from managing and leading teams as you do from developing solutions.
