Agent

As Site Agent, you will contribute to the project''s construction strategy, supporting activities such as kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation (e.g. method statements, environmental and quality plans), programme development, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.

You will work closely with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to meet programme, quality, and budget requirements. The role also involves managing the site engineering team, ensuring high performance, and supporting the development of engineers.

Key responsibilities include coordinating construction operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and upholding safety, health, environment, and quality standards. You will also assist with programmes, reporting, resource and cost planning, financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.

Candidate Requirements

• HNC/Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

• Valid CSCS card (Black, White, White/Yellow, Yellow, or Red Experienced)

• SMSTS certification

• Strong knowledge of site engineering activities and supervision skills

• Effective teamwork and communication abilities

• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
