Adults Social Care Assistant - Reigate and Banstead

This role has a starting salary of 30,647 per annum, working 36 hours per week.We are hiring full time two Social Care Assistants to join our fantastic Reigate and Banstead Locality team. The team is based in Reigate and is a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing. The team works on a hybrid basis, attending the office 2-3 days a week. Our team was one of the selected to test the Connect to Community approach - a strengths-based model that embraces new ways of working aimed at preventing, reducing, and delaying care needs. Through this approach, the team has helped to shape and influence practice across the wider service. In addition, the team was also chosen to pilot Magic Notes, an innovative AI tool designed to significantly reduce administrative burden. This tool enables practitioners to be more person-centred in their work by streamlining notetaking and documentation.
