Job Opportunity Provide day-to-day support to adults with autism, assisting with personal care, social activities, and skill development to promote independence. Implement individualised support plans, monitor progress, and report any changes in behaviour or needs. Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment. Attend training sessions to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices. Experience in social care or working with individuals with autism is desirable but not essential.
