Support Worker Supported Living
Experienced Support Workers Required Rotherwood Cares are currently recruiting for Experienced Support Workers to support young people within Supported Living services across the Liverpool area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who may have experienced trauma, family breakdown, homelessness, exploitation, mental health challenges, or difficulties transitioning into adulthood. We are looking for compassionate, resilient and motivated individuals who are passionate about empowering young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to achieve positive outcomes. The Role As a Support Worker, you will work closely with young people aged 16+ living within supported accommodation, providing practical and emotional support tailored to their individual needs. You will encourage independence while ensuring that young people remain safe, supported and engaged with education, training, employment and other positive opportunities. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will build positive relationships, act as a role model and support young people to work towards their individual goals and aspirations.
