Adult Nurse Manager

to join their growing team. This full-time role offers a salary of

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum , hybrid working (one day from home, four days in the community), and a Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. You’ll also enjoy

33 days of annual leave including bank holidays .About The Provider

Our client is a well-established healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care. They are known for creating personalised care plans that ensure safety, dignity, and independence for clients in the community.Responsibilities

Create and manage tailored care plans for adults with complex needs.Conduct assessments, deliver nursing interventions, and oversee medication management.Lead, train, and support a team of carers to deliver high-quality care.Build strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and stakeholders to ensure best practice.Benefits
