Interim leading to permanent.Working Model : Hybrid - 2 days p/w in the office.We are partnered with a London Local Authority currently undergoing transformation within Admissions Services.As part of a strategic restructure, a new and pivotal role has been created for an Admissions Service Manager. This role will bridge the gap between their successful and ambitious SEND and Admissions services.You will play a critical role in improving Admission and Placement processes, enhancing outcomes for children and young people with SEND, and supporting the Local Authority in delivering on its statutory responsibilities.Responsibilities

Lead and manage admissions services within a Local Authority.Improve admission and placement processes to support children and young people with SEND.Work collaboratively to bridge SEND and Admissions services during the transformation.Qualifications and Experience

Managing admissions services within a Local Authority.Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and placement processes.Proven leadership and service improvement skills.Strategic thinker with a practical and solutions-focused mindset.To discuss this role further
