Administrator Monday to Friday 35 hrs p week As a Sales and Service support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting external Sales and Service teams, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of our business. Overview: Administrator If you are enthusiastic about customer service, providing client solutions, supporting sales generation and working as part of a team, we want to hear from you. The role is varied, and you will need to be adaptable to the challenges of the day. Duties: Administrator Answering incoming calls new and existing clients / external sales and service colleagues Booking in appointments for the Sales Team and Service Technicians. Responding to Web Enquiries and Technician Leads Producing quotations on Word / PDF Following up sales calls / emails with clients regarding outstanding quotations sent. Logging, booking, costing ad-hoc job work on our CRM system, Service Tracker. Staying in regular contact with the external colleagues to provide support and update their dashboards (list of work) Responding to the variety of emails within the office inbox Proof reading when required. Logging domestic job work on the CRM system Setting up new clients on the CRM system Assisting with Tender proposals Communicate efficiently with other Teams, Subsidiaries and Sub-Contractors Covering colleagues workload when they are absent (i.e. holiday / sick) Qualifications: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
