This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with industry regulations, and effective support for recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and health and safety.Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:30Location: London GatewaySalary: Up to 35,000Key ResponsibilitiesHR AdministrationSupport all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee recordsSchedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage compliance documents (e.g., Right to Work, DBS)Draft formal HR communications and assist in disciplinary and grievance proceduresOnboarding and InductionLead onboarding and induction for all new employees, including driverEnsure all staff understand company policies and health and safety proceduresCompliance and RecordsMaintain up-to-date employee records (contracts, licenses, certifications, etc.Ensure ongoing compliance with health and safety, PPE, ADR training, and legal standardsDriver Recruitment and RetentionSupport recruitment efforts and monitor expiring certificationsCoordinate necessary training and license renewalsHealth and SafetyConduct risk assessments and ensure site-wide HSE complianceMonitor and maintain safety equipmentTraining and DevelopmentOrganize training sessions (e.g. ..... full job details .....
