The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience within transport or logistics is desirable but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the transport team and transport managerSchedule and coordinate driver routes, deliveries, and collectionsProcess delivery notes, manifests, and transport paperworkMaintain accurate records of driver hours, vehicle usage, and compliance documentationLiaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queriesBook deliveries and collections with customers and suppliersUpdate systems with transport data, job status updates, and delivery informationMonitor inboxes and respond to queries in a timely mannerEnsure vehicle documentation, MOTs, and servicing schedules are up to dateAssist with reporting and general office administration dutiesSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious administration experience (transport/logistics admin desirable)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailGood communication skills-both written and ..... full job details .....
