Sales and Administration CoordinatorWe are recruiting for a Sales and Administration Coordinator in the Solihull area on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months. You will be supporting the Sales Department by assisting with dealer orders for vehicles. Your role will involve providing administrative support for various functions within the department, using internal stock and reporting systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for both dealers and fleet customers is essential to the success of the department.As a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will need to have/be:Experience in a sales or customer service environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Teams)Good standard of education. GCSE or equivalent in core subjects (English and Maths)Accuracy and attention to detail.A proactive, confident, and positive approach.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred.Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
