Pertemps are working with our client based in Marchington who are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their team on a on-going temporary basis. Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
A Warehouse Admin manages daily warehouse operations, focusing on accurate inventory, order processing, and communication, acting as a crucial link between stock control, sales, and customers by handling records, stock checks, delivery notes, and inquiries.
Hours & Benefits:

- £12.55/hr
What We’re Looking For in a Warehouse Admin:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precision
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Reliable, punctual, able to work to consistent picking targets, and able to follow processes accurately
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Admin:
- Complete perpetual inventory counting of the physical stock as per the agreed task plan to ensure all areas within the warehouse are counted on a weekly basis.
- Complete the daily reports and escalate risks or major issues as quickly as possible
- Make necessary adjustments within the warehouse management system to reflect the physical stock counted.
- Conduct specific stock investigations in response to customer / supplier / operational queries as required.
- Monitor and resolve workflow queries
