Administrator - Longwell Green
Salary: £25,050 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our busy Parts Department in Longwell Green. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for purchasing spares, consumables, and other supplies, as well as handling goods in/out and coordinating deliveries to customers. Occasional overtime may be required.
Main Duties:
" Purchase spares, consumables, stationery, and cleaning products, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
" Organise couriers for customer deliveries as required.
" Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised stores area.
" Comply with company Health & Safety Policy, including general housekeeping.
" Adhere to all company standards including:
" ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management)
" ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management)
" ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety)
" Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Requirements:
" Strong organisational and communication skills.
" Mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred.
" Proficient IT skills.
" Good commercial awareness.
" Ability to perform well under pressure.
" Forklift licence desirable (in-house training can be provided if necessary).
