My client is a well known law firm based in Leamington Spa looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team.
Description
- Provide administrative support to the fee earners.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle incoming communications and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Uphold high standards of organisation and efficiency in all responsibilities.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
- An understanding of working within a professional services environment is advantageous.
- Can commute to Leamington Spa.
