Maternity cover - aprox 6-9 months temporary assingment - Starting early May 2026 

Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (Flexible for 30 minute variaton on each side) 

£13.46 per hour

We are currently hiring for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established, high regarded warehouse and transport company. 

This is a temporary, maternity cover role. 

Duties will include:

• Responding to customer orders, queries and problems in a proactive and positive manner via telephone or email. 
• Accurately inputting data onto the bespoke system to ensure that stock movements and balances are recorded  
• Preparing and presenting documentation fo customers 
• Storing and retrieving customer product information correctly e.g. hazards, h&s etc. 
• Any additonal supporting warehouse administration duties 

What you will need to be considered:

• Previous stock control and warehouse administration experience
• Fantastic written and spoken communication
• Ability to learn new systems quickly 
• Knowledge of Microsoft excel
